How do I track my order?

How does our order verification process work?

Once you place your order from our website. you will receive an automated SMS from our system along with a verification link. You need to click on that link in order to verify your order. if the provided link is not working or responding you can call our customer care at 03204738379 or write an email to us at info@khayat.pk

What are the exchange, return and refund policies for info@khayat.pk?

Any product may be returned within 30 days of purchase if the packing is not opened. If you have opened the packing and are not satisfied with it, please call 03204738379 and the customer care agent will guide you accordingly, You can select from below options for returning your product/s.

Option 1

Our partner courier will pick it up from your delivery address. Once we receive your products at Khayat by MB Arts, We will deduct delivery charges from your order amount and return the rest to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash

If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.

How do I return Khayat products if purchased from a different store?

If you purchased Khayat Shop products online on another website, please follow the instruction on that site for returns and refunds.
If you purchased Khayat Shop products at one of our retailer partners, please return the item to that store according to their return and refund policy. We stand by the quality of our products 100%.
